  The core is Real Estate. Real estate provides the instrument and products to become wealthy. The three faces of real estate are:  
   
 
  • Acquisition – Acquisition facet (Buy).  This facet of real estate is the most important.  If you can’t buy right, you won’t be able to make money. Remember that you shouldn’t buy anything that you can’t sell.
  • Holding – holding is the connecting threat between buying and the exit strategies, which is Rehabbing. Holding is also important because this facet is where you expend money.  You expend money on taxes, insurance, repairs, etc. 

  • Then the real estate investing Exit Strategies, here is where you realize your income; which are four areas; 1) Wholesale-Buy at discount and sell at discount. 2) Retail- Selling for maximum profits. 3) Keeper-Building a portfolio of rentals. 4) Private Lending- Private loans or owner financing from you to other people.

 
  The middle ring is Marketing.  Marketing is one of the most important parts of any business.  In real estate, these marketing strategies must be addressed:  
 
  • Word of mouth or networking.

  • Internet-On Line resources

  • Advertising

 
  The outer ring is Business Mastery.  Mastering your business, involves  
 
  • Mastering taxes and legal issues through entity planning

  • Mastering business management; 1) Business Planning and 2) Building your "Dream Team"
